Monica Logani The River of Calm

Monica Logani trained in classical piano throughout her youth but didn’t come back to the instrument till well into her adulthood. A chance encounter when she was given a unique antique player piano coupled with a lifelong dream to play by ear, and the 2008 financial crisis created the perfect storm. This prompted her to enroll in the Village East Conservatory of Music in New Jersey, where she studied composition, harmony, theory, and related sciences. Her dream to play by ear turned into a love for composition and the release of to New Age albums – Secret Garden, which hit the top 20 in the Zone New Age Charts in 2016, and her recent debut, The Long Road.
